KAWS – Companion – Blush:
Just a few months after the release of six different companions that included both full body and flayed versions, KAWS dropped this Blush version in the same size of 11 inches.
This toy figure features a full-body design with shades of pink and red, open edition.
The characteristic round belly, X-eyes and the white gloves of these ‘Companions’ remind of the artist his earlier cartoons. The first vinyl toys by KAWS were made in 1999. They reflected the desire of the artist to make his work more accessible to the public. Since then KAWS made more of his signature characters in 3D.
